To the park again.  Wearing a holter monitor this week.  It recorded a three "events" while I was out.  It was pretty hot and I was pushing it to improve over the 8:15's of last Wednesday.  I guess it's a good thing they are making me wear this for a few weeks.  I go see the cardiologist in two more weeks.  Never had any problems until this year despite the high school track and xc, marathon, and triathlons.  I'm interested to see what they find if anything.  Until then, I'm going to try to stay under the 160 bpm range.
